Our key focus is on our reproductive organs. And the acknowledgment of māreikura and whatukura. The energy created through Rangi-nui and Papatūānuku. And the influence of all Ira Atua in the construction of life….So grounding within our core is a task we must evolve through to make the most of the Full Moon 🌕 cycle we are apart of.

🌱Kai rongoā kōrero: It is time to rest and be at one with your inner energy. You are about to reveal to yourself your personal best. A reveal that needs acknowledgement from no one but yourself.

Noted as the first night of the five, in this Full Moon 🌕 phase. The Mauri is aligned with all Atua I te Po.

There is also a Tupuna activation extreme, those not finding peace this evening will feel the restless aggression. Tension is at an all time high.

The physical turmoil has to be released constructively otherwise the aggression will carry until the rising of Rakau-nui.

Being strategic with your thoughts and energy, defines your inner peace. Then you can restore the physical and spiritual balance needed to rest well during the Full Moon nights.

A time where couples may feel the urge to procreate and activate the lines of lineage. As the reproductive organs are the focus it is a time of stamina and intimate connection. For us wāhine mā once our minds are aligned with our sacred region of procreation. We may if in the rhythm of a New Moon mate wahine cycle align in the manifestation of the seed of life being fetishised. 🤰🏻💚.

It is also a time of intuitive knowing so many will feel somewhat heightened with your intuitive knowing. 🪶 Either way a time of fertile productivity.

👨🏾‍🌾 Mahinga Kai: For those like myself, that love to work with Papatūānuku. It is one of the best days to be physically within your mahinga kai. Tōhunga would place rākau whakapakoko in tāpapa to activate the spiritual guardianship of a crop’s well-being.

Ohua, the mauri of the Moon at this time, draws water down towards the roots in the soil. All growth unseen and within the whenua (a plant's roots) would be at work, photosynthesis is a wonder of nature.

And all a part of the magic of growth and elemental activation. Our tūpuna knew these vital gardening methods of enhancement and utilized this tikanga throughout our Maramataka. Why l guess on this evening women are more fertile and conceive more easily. As the natural rhythm in te Taiao is to draw into the depths of the physical environment. While all are fertile and ready.
